Automate 2025 (May 12–15, 2025) is a one-of-a-kind event where thousands of engineers, managers, and innovators gather to explore the future of industrial automation. The show features over 365,000 square feet of exhibits with 800+ live demonstrations and 200+ expert presenters, covering robotics, AI, machine vision, motion control, and more. IEEE SEM RAS group attendees will meet at 10:00 AM at the Huntington Place entrance and spend the day touring the exhibit halls together. Automate draws participants from around the world, creating a global community of automation professionals, so this is a great chance to network with peers and learn about the latest industry trends. The expo floor is free to enter (with advance registration), and our group registration is handled through IEEE vTools.

Join IEEE SEM RAS members for a group visit to Automate 2025, North America’s largest robotics and automation trade show. Attendees will experience cutting-edge automation technologies – from AI-driven robots and machine vision systems to advanced motion-control solutions – showcased in hundreds of live demos. This is a single-day, expo-only event (no travel or lodging provided); attendees must register to secure their free Expo pass.
The IEEE member meeting time is at the check-in, around noon lunchtime.

Bring the confirmation to the "REGISTRATION CHECK-IN & SCAN N GO" counters in the registration area to scan the QR code and print your badge. There are two registration areas located in the main hallway outside of Hall B in Huntington Place so hopefully we will find each other.
