We are excited to host Franco Amalfi and Andy Happelle of Capgemini who will be speaking about the Net Positive Advisory Panel whose framework helps companies focus on becoming net positive across three areas:

• Soul - the values and purpose that define the organization
• Bloodstream - the systems and processes that enable the organization to function
• Impact - the outcomes and legacy of the organization's actions.

It can be tailored to different organizational contexts.

They'll also be speaking about their net-positive maturity model, which assesses an organization's readiness and progress on the journey across multiple dimensions — including leadership, culture, partnerships and impact on the environment and society. It provides a structured approach to measure the current state, identify gaps and set future targets. 

IEEE Planet Positive 2030 Town Halls

Our Town Hall meetings are designed to facilitate networking along with providing updates and short presentations from our community.  The calls are ninety minutes as we prioritize at least forty five minutes for everyone to introduce themselves and talk about their work in climate change, sustainability, and related / technological areas.
