Biography:
Dr. Gamithri Karunasena is a behaviour change researcher with over a decade of multinational experience and an empowerment coach with experience helping high-performing women navigate the challenges of demanding careers and caregiving responsibilities. With a background in behavioural science and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), she specializes in guiding women in technical and high-stakes professions such as engineering to overcome emotional exhaustion, perfectionism, self-doubt and helping them find passion and fulfillment.
Her culturally sensitive, research-backed coaching style empowers clients to build unshakable confidence, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of purpose.
